Texas 4-H and FFA are founded on integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior as essential to youth development. These programs provide meaningful learning experiences that build character, responsibility, and life skills through active participation and personal effort. Upholding these standards ensures fairness, preserves the educational purpose of the programs, and prepares youth for success beyond their 4-H and FFA experiences. Any action that violates these expectations or impedes the ability to uphold program standards constitutes a rule infraction.
